The GTN 3139 Doorbell Transformer is specifically designed for residential applications – ideal for doorbells, chimes, door openers, and gongs that are only operated for short periods. Thanks to the integrated PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) protection circuit, the transformer is short-circuit and overload proof. If a fault occurs, the device switches off automatically and can be operated again after a short cooling period (at least 1 minute).
