The ETA 505 is equipped with five high-quality PROTACT 150 VA doorbell buttons, which provide pleasant and precise operation thanks to their tactile feedback. Each button has a separately illuminated LED nameplate in white for optimal readability even in the dark. The LED lighting operates reliably with a voltage of 8–16 V AC/DC at 20–40 mA.

The panel is designed for outdoor use in temperatures from -4 °F to +140 °F and is particularly resistant and durable thanks to the robust stainless steel (V2A) housing. The rectangular shape with compact dimensions of 5.1 x 8.7 x 0.7 inches allows for space-saving and discreet mounting on the facade. The surface mounting is quick and easy – ideal for new buildings and renovation projects.

The doorbell unit itself is operated with 12 V AC/DC at 1.5 A and is therefore compatible with common door communication systems.
