Its special feature is the transparent front flap made of high-quality acrylic. The lock is weatherproofed and located below the mail slot, which does not interrupt the simple, elegant design. Mail is deposited and retrieved from the top and front, respectively, via the front flap and a top-mounted mail slot. The "Manhattan Special" freestanding mailbox is a standalone mailbox for ground mounting. The newspaper cylinder is open on both sides.
